Profiles of our board members

RūtA LANDGREBė

Rūta became a member and joined the board of the LEO club in 2020 and is its President since the season 2023/2024. She is responsible for the outreach activities, among other with the Global Lithuanian Leaders Network, professional clubs in other countries, and the Lithuanian Embassy in Berlin. An environmental scientist by education, she has more than 25 years of experience in environmental policy and sustainable development consulting. She works in Ecologic Institute in Berlin – elected as the Top Environment Policy Think Tank in World-wide Ranking. The development and implementation of environmental policy in Lithuania is part of her work activities.

INGA ROVBUTAS

Inga, one of the founders of LEO in Berlin, who laid the foundations for the first official Lithuanian professional club in Germany. Since 2022 she is working as a Lithuanian commercial attaché in Germany, where she is taking care of strengthening economic relations between Lithuania and Germany, promoting exports from Lithuania, attracting investment and tourists to Lithuania, as well as bilateral cooperation in science and innovation.
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law, which she has successfully applied in her current position on the LEO Board – Inga is the club’s treasurer, responsible for the club’s financial and legal affairs.

Ieva pecukevičiūtė

Ieva is a Business and Economics graduate working as a Human Resources Management professional in the field of Total Rewards, who after work puts her musician and improviser hat on. Before coming to Berlin to work for a global mobility startup TIER, Ieva was working for a Latvian-based HRM consulting firm. Ieva still keeps her ties with the Baltics by continuing her consulting path on the side in Employer Branding and Total Rewards fields. Ieva is also passionate about writing and joined the Board as an Internal Communications Officer in 2022 after joining the club in 2021.

Asta Dumbrauskaitė

As an experienced IT consultant, Asta thrives on solving complex challenges and driving innovation in the tech world. A creative spirit at heart, Asta is also an artist who enjoys exploring different mediums to express her unique perspective in paintings. Her deep interest in genealogy fuels her passion for uncovering family histories and connecting the threads of the past to the present.

Asta is a founding member of LEO Club and member of the board since 2024, where she combines her professional experience, creative spirit, and a commitment to community in a multidisciplinary way.
