ASTA Dumbrauskaitė

Asta is a founding member of LEO Club and member of the board since 2024 and President since 2025. In these roles she combines her professional experience, creative spirit, and a commitment to community in a multidisciplinary way.

As an experienced digital transformation consultant, Asta thrives on solving complex challenges, optimizing processes and helping teams to change in public and life science sectors. Her deep interest in genealogy fuels her passion for uncovering family histories and connecting the threads from the past to the present.

Birutė Kusaitė

Birutė is a privacy professional and attorney-at-law with over ten years of experience working at the intersection of data, technology, and law. She brings a human-centered approach to privacy, focusing on thoughtful and transparent interactions between people and technology.

Outside her legal work, Birutė finds balance in nature through hiking, cycling, and outdoor exploration. Community and connection are central to her life, and she enjoys creating inclusive spaces where people feel supported. She joined the LEO in Berlin board in 2025, contributing her legal expertise and organizational skills to support the club’s growing professional network.

Edita Simanavičiūtė

An enthusiast for online intellectual property protection, Edita was invited to relocate to Berlin to build Zalando’s Brand Protection strategy. Whether sailing or skiing down a mountain, she relies on the outdoors to recharge.

Joining LEO was a deliberate step to maintain structured business ties with Lithuania while connecting with like-minded expats. Edita strongly believes that organizations like LEO have great potential to serve as hubs where Lithuanian professionals expand networks, share knowledge, and actively contribute to Lithuania’s economic diplomacy abroad.

Gabrielė Hahn

Gabrielė is an attorney practicing in Germany, drawing on a diverse legal education acquired in Germany, Lithuania, and the United States. She specializes in commercial law, with a particular focus on advising start-ups and venture capital investors.

Gabrielė joined LEO as a member in 2024 and was inspired by the openness of the community and the ambition of its ideas. Motivated to contribute more actively, she was elected to the Board in 2025. In her free time, she enjoys art, sports, and rowing.

JUSTINAS ŽALYS

Justinas is a compliance and risk management expert with over 11 years of experience, primarily working with fintech companies. He is deeply interested in emerging technologies, financial products, data culture, crypto, investing, and artificial intelligence, and enjoys exploring how innovation can be applied responsibly within regulated environments.

Justinas joined the LEO Club board as Vice President in 2025, where he contributes his expertise in governance, risk management, and process optimization to support the organization’s sustainable growth and long-term development.

MIGLĖ ŠKENSBERGAITĖ

Miglė is a brand and product marketing professional driven by strategy, creativity, and tangible results. She enjoys building brands with character, shaping narratives that resonate with people, and turning ideas into solutions that deliver impact. Her experience spans branding, content, consumer insights, and campaign execution, always guided by clarity, originality, and growth.

Outside of work, Miglė explores art, music, dance, and creative spaces across cities and cultures. Through LEO, she aims to connect with like-minded people, exchange ideas, and contribute to a vibrant, collaborative community in Berlin.
